When and where it will make landfall remains uncertain, but many area schools aren’t waiting to find out what the exact local impact - if any - will be. Instead, a number of schools in Southwest Virginia and a few in Northeast Tennessee are moving forward with changes to this week’s football schedule. Two local colleges are also affected.
